The Employment by Design course will guide you through the process of designing, planning, and running a workshop for students and employers to develop employability skills awareness.

As you prepare and run the workshop, you will also learn about the teaching ideas behind the method. You will work with other teachers as you study the material and engage in team teaching.

The output from the course will be the workshop you organise and run as well as the feedback and your own evaluation of it.

The course is designed to be repeated and the experience of the first workshop used to iterate and adapt a second version.

Begin your work with others by completing the Activity section.
