Problem resource: Classification ladder [Workshop activity 5]
As a group, mark ‘very important’ on top of a large piece of paper and ‘least important ‘ on the bottom of the paper
Place post it notes with key insights around the problem (5W1H) along the continuum between most and least important.
Most and least important can be substituted with a different priority, such as expense, urgency, complexity, hardness/difficulty
Make sure you have a note on 5W1H at each level of importance (expense, urgency, etc.)
