Ideas work best when they are worked on and developed. Very often, doing this can lead to even more ideas emerging.

You can deliberately do this in a creative session, too:

·       Pick one idea that has already been written down

·       Take it in turns to make the idea better in some way – this can be a tiny or a large improvement, it doesn’t matter.

·       Circle any improvements that could be considered an idea itself or that might be better

·       Repeat this for several ideas and use a timer to keep things moving – e.g. 6 minutes.
