Now that you have completed the introduction, complete the following preparatory tasks:

1. Look through the online material and familiarise yourself with the structure; resources; 

2. Get your teaching diary ready (use your favourite notebook and pen). 

3. Organise your teaching team: decide who you will work with and how you will communicate. Arrange your first meeting with your teaching team. 

4. After reading section 3 Principles behind Employment by Design, note down in your teaching diary one Principle you agree with and one you disagree with.
