1.4. Inspire Each Other
THE VISION
In Uganda, we know many schools face challenges like limited infrastructure, unreliable electricity, and slow or costly internet. Yet, we see the creativity and determination of teachers, turning these challenges into opportunities.
This course envisions a space where you can learn from your own subject-specific practices and those of other teachers, using what you have intentionally and effectively to strengthen lessons and support learning. Whether it’s a phone, a projector, or simple classroom tools, your combined efforts are already making a difference—and this course is here to help you take the next steps. One small step at a time, you can make technology work for you and take your teaching to the next level.
The blog section is a space where teachers share subject-specific practices and learn from one another. To receive a statement of participation, you must write at least one blog post in the required sections. You are also encouraged to comment on a colleague’s post, but this is not mandatory for the statement. Exercises are included after each theoretical section to help you apply what you learn.

Alternatively you can dive into this Excel overview of free (digital) tools for the interactive classroom. It summarizes each tool and...
