As you listen, note down the ways that Teresa has adapted the four perspectives, her reasons for making these adaptations and the variety of situations in which she has used In-the-Picture.

You can use your notebook to record her examples.Having made these notes look through them and begin to ask yourself how you think you might integrate In-the-Picture into your own practice and whether, as Teresa has found, it might become ‘just something that you do’?
