Gain4Growth is a programme designed to support you throughout your Higher Education (HE) journey within college and beyond. It’s all about helping you build confidence, develop your skills, and understand your own growth.

Through Gain4Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your strengths, recognise areas for development, and track your progress over time. The programme is self-paced and learner-directed, allowing you to engage in a way that works best for you. It’s not a test or extra workload - it’s a way of helping you get more out of your studies and feel more confident in your abilities.
