In this free course, Developing business ideas for drone technologies, you will develop a general knowledge and understanding of the drone industry, the emerging innovations in the sector and the different business models that involve the use of drones. Your knowledge will be complemented by content and activities to support the development of an innovative business idea involving the use of drones. Activities will include stakeholder mapping, analysis of the regulatory environment, design of a value proposition and of a business model appropriate for your idea, as well as consideration of sustainability aspects and of the industry ecosystem’s dynamics. The course will also offer the chance to develop practical and professional skills to articulate and communicate your business ideas to different stakeholders.
