Intermediate German: Understanding spoken German

5 Using video to extend your language

What people say, and how they say it, can be useful to you as you learn to speak and write with some accuracy. It can be a good idea to focus not only on the meaning of what people say, but also on how they say it. You can use video and audio material to help you understand and practise using grammar. Here you meet the Austrian musician, Yvonne Zehner, who lives in Passau in Southern Bavaria. You will use some of what she says to help you extend your German.
