
Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) exists to support and develop Cardiff’s third sector. We are delighted to partner with The Open University (OU) in Wales, offering free online courses and resources to our communities, members and third sector groups to support them on their learning journey and to help develop new skills.
We run The Cardiff Volunteer Centre @C3SC where we help people who want to volunteer and organisations recruiting volunteers to find the right opportunities. Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) has been in operation
since 1997. Working with the Welsh Government and WCVA, we are committed to
increasing the knowledge and skills of the sector to ensure that groups and
organisations in Cardiff can make themselves sustainable and meet the needs of
their communities. We are proud to be part of a diverse society and is striving
to be an inclusive organisation where individual differences are accepted and
valued, and where all communities are able to fulfil their potential. One of
our priorities here at C3SC is to keep you informed about what’s happening in
the third sector in Cardiff, including funding opportunities, events and
training, and other support – to equip you in the essential work you’re doing.

Membership Portal offers a mapping database with FREE access for our
members; this will provide the opportunity for members, groups and
organisations to advertise, promote and connect your activities and
services. All current C3SC members can claim your existing listing to update your
details and set up a password to edit and manage your own profile. You can
select the information you want to be publicly available. The information you
provide and select will be searchable, so people can find out more about the
range and types of community activities and services taking place
