Dr. Munir Moosa is an educationist, self-determined learning practitioner, and socio-educational theorist. He is an expert OER practitioner. Munir’s accolades and honors include the British Council’s Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship, the Presidency of Turks and Related Communities Research Fellowship, and the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship.
