Dr. Munir Moosa is an educationist, self-determined learning practitioner, and socio-educational theorist. He is an expert OER practitioner. He has been serving as an Assistant Professor of Education at SMI University, Pakistan, since 2012. Munir’s accolades and honors include the British Council’s Charles Wallace Visiting Fellowship, the Presidency of Turks and Related Communities Research Fellowship, and the Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship.
