This course can be used in several different ways

Studying independently

You can work through it at your own pace, completing the quiz at the end in order to gain a digital badge and certificate of completion.

Making notes

You can make your own notes in response to the course activities. You may also like to download a Word version of the course from the Downloads section and make your notes in this document.

Studying with others

You may wish to study the course with other people, perhaps colleagues or friends. You could then share ideas and collaborate on making new resources, as suggested in the course.

Facilitating the course in a classroom

Not everyone is able to study online. Some people find it useful to study with others and the guidance of a teacher. For this reason we've produced a Facilitation Guide giving ideas about how this course could be delivered in an online or face-to-face teaching context. Feel free to adapt the Facilitation Guide, adding your own ideas and activities. If you'd like to share them with others, email Dr Munir Moosa (munirmoosa@yahoo.com) and we'll add your ideas to the course.
