Learning goals

At the end of this module, you will:

· Know what is health

· Pay attention to the links between biological health, energy and mental health

· Understand the link between health, the immune system and stress.

Physical health awareness

Physical health is related to overall health to a certain extent. It covers the psychological awareness of finding life balance, and it is also consistent with traditional medical methods.

When we look at health in terms of physical healing, we look not only at the overall health of preventing and overcoming stress, but at the relationship between specific physical symptoms and a single or multiple areas of stress. If you deal with the psychological problem, the stress will dissipate and the physical problems will naturally dissipate.

Physical health and recovery involve physical symptoms, but also stressors, psychological disturbances, social disturbances, and emotional disturbances. This approach incorporates everything about the individual into a health-centred approach. We look at all these things in an equal way and with increased respect for ourselves. The mind and body show us the symptoms of the problem, whether they are physical, mental or energetic.

The holistic approach to health recognizes biological knowledge, it recognizes the spirit, and takes into account the natural chemical changes in the body.

Most importantly, though, "body repair" reintroduces people to our long-forgotten minds and bodies, as we continue to gain a wealth of information about why, how and when health problems arise.

The field of health care as we know it today is physics-based.There are trillions of cells in the body. They keep reproducing, and if they can't reproduce or become unhealthy, there are problems with their systems.Including the internal systems of the body: the cardiovascular system and the respiratory system, which are very important for our survival.

The environment of the cells determines how healthy they are and whether they can reproduce. The way we act and the way we feel every day affects our cellular environment.

When we are sad, we affect our cells. When we get angry or drink too much, we also affect our cells. The body repair principle allows us to understand specific symptoms of body systems or organs and make psychosomatic connections to make positive changes.

Biological health

Biological health is the current medical position on pain and disease.Doctors rarely talk about emotions or stress when looking at persistent headaches or heart problems. In the field of biological health, there is a growing interest in nutrition, lifestyle and exercise.

Biological science remains at the cellular level, and we often simply induce cellular responses through drugs or other biologic therapies. However, the cell itself is the host of energy, so we have to think about energy when we think about health.

Modern medicine

In many cases, drugs can be amazing, think of antibiotics and their effect on everything from severe infections to painful tooth ulcers.

However, drugs can alter chemical reactions in the body and often cause other problems. Some can eliminate the symptoms, but the situation is still there. Then, as the drugs stop, the disease gets even worse.

Many drugs have a huge negative effect on the immune system. In general, the body's immune system, liver and kidneys are put under pressure to clear the drug because it stimulates foreign substances in the body.

A good example is a strong painkiller, usually NSAIDS, back pain.We take painkillers to relieve the pain, but the underlying problem remains. Painkillers disrupt the natural order of the digestive system.

Still, it's a commonly used drug, NSAIDS, which is known to cause serious stomach problems and irritation of the stomach lining.

We often end up taking one or two drugs, followed by two that can counteract the first drug's symptoms.

Short and long-term prescription drugs to eliminate symptoms are most biomedical treatments, so we've made a habit of going to see a doctor and taking a course of medication that will make us feel better.

In fact, we get the most out of biomedical science, but when it comes to our physical health, let go of long-standing habits, don't ignore the medical advice of our professional doctors, but still take responsibility for our own health.

Healthy mind (heart)

Medical professionals provide mental health care in a variety of ways.

Psychological perspectives range widely, from mental health problems or biological imbalances that we think we can't control, to thoughts we can control with mindfulness and gratitude.

Like physical health problems, mental health problems are often treated with drugs through the biological sciences. However, positive psychology, a practice that combines western health care with Eastern medicine, is becoming more common.

Visionary medical professionals have chosen to treat mental health problems with a prescription of exercise, meditation and mindfulness that is becoming increasingly popular.

activity

Take a few minutes to think about your thoughts on the word "health."Do you take a holistic view, or do you think health is a biological issue?

Is each area of health intertwined with the adjacent areas, and in your opinion, they are separate?

Social health

Social and mental health are intertwined. Social health is absolutely necessary for human beings because we need to be in groups. It turns out that loneliness and addiction are linked again and again.

Loneliness is also associated with depression and introspection, behaviors that get lost in negative thought patterns.

Social health refers to the following four skills:

1. Ability to communicate with others.

2. A level of emotional intelligence that enables people to communicate and understand well with others and to communicate well in social situations.

3. The ability to live in harmony rather than conflict every day.

4. Social health involves the ability to see value in others. It associates social consciousness with positivity.

When social health goes wrong, it can become a cycle of social and mental health problems. If a person is unable to communicate and understand others, he will often feel indignation and frustration.

Social health and awareness are recognized as essential areas of physical rehabilitation, but far more than that, and this will become evident as we develop throughout the process.

Energetic (energy and vitality) health

Energetic health is another area of physical health consideration. The idea is to bridge the gap between energy, biology and social health.

Energy repair is based on the energy between the cell wall and the nucleus that we haven't considered yet. This is a contribution from quantum physicists. In studying cellular activity, physicists have discovered that the human body's seven trillion cells are actually made up of particles of energy. Our smallest particle is energy, and energy cannot be changed. It can never be destroyed, and interestingly, it can't be measured.

The energy therapist works on the body in an energetic form and is careful to believe that this will repair the problems inside the cells and thus contribute to the health of the individual.

This type of treatment involves improving the flow of energy within the body, altering the vibration of energy or releasing energy blockages through the chakra system in order to restore the balance of energy and achieve overall health.

Energy therapy includes crystal therapy and Reiki therapy, while some therapies combine the two, such as kinesiology.

While energy therapists often steer clear of biological health, and medical professionals ignore vigorous health, physical health is balance and perfection, which combines all approaches and sets the best course for one's health.

Spiritual or spiritual health

Mental health is another area of health that we must consider in our quest for physical health.Although not necessarily related to a particular religion, mental health is to some extent an innate sense of self.

Mental health is related to peace and harmony. In Buddhism, we call it inner peace, while in Christianity, mental health is associated with inner peace because of people's belief in higher empowerment.

These are only examples of a religious nature, and mental health need not be associated with a particular God;There may be many gods, angels or images that you have a potential influence on yourself.

Some people believe that following a religion is more spiritual than building a relationship of faith with those around you.

While mental health is essential, the way to achieve it is highly personal and therefore almost impossible.
