Part 2: Emotions and organ relations

View

The connections between emotions and organs are complicated by the experiences of each individual. This means that the way our organs are traumatized depends entirely on how we respond. We can integrate all of the consciousness, rehabilitation and social relationships that we've discussed in this course.

Put them together:

· Social health is the environment in which our basic body exists.

· Physical health refers to an individual's biological, chemical and energetic body.

· Mental health refers to our reactions to emotions, stress and trauma.

For each of us, emotions affect our organs, and we can learn to deal with them through mental health approaches.

So let's take a closer look at the emotions associated with specific organs.

In the remainder of this module, we will discuss some common emotional and physical imbalances that should be considered when considering specific organs.

First introduce emotions, then suggest potential organ imbalances based on symptoms.

pressure

Stress is an underlying disease that affects many parts of the body.

Stress is associated with epinephrine. When the adrenal gland is out of balance, the body may or will have problems, may feel overwhelmed, tired and depressed.

Adrenalin has two different emotional responses. The adrenal medulla may trigger a feeling of overload, nowhere to go and being overwhelmed. The other is a false or confused feeling in the adrenal cortex.

· This type of reaction may lead to chronic fatigue syndrome or symptoms of ME.This is because an adrenal imbalance prevents the production of the right amount of healthy adrenaline in the body.Whether it's emotional trauma or loss of control. It can also be a sign of mental and physical stress. To deal with the imbalance and associated symptoms, the stress trigger needs to be shifted or eliminated.

self-worth

Low self-worth is associated with various organs.

· Severe bladder problems may result as a result of physical or psychological abuse or disruptive invasion.

· Self-worth is also linked to veins and bones. Not having enough strength to cope can lead to bone imbalance.

· Feeling weak and unable to live up to the expectations of others is related to the connective tissue in your body.

· Poor body appearance leads to adipose tissue problems.

· When someone struggles with low self-worth and low self-esteem, they may find problems in these areas. In this case the choice is social, psychological and physical to build self-esteem, which will relieve stress and related symptoms.

fear

Fear is associated with many different parts of the body, and each part is associated with a different type of fear.

· Fear and helplessness are associated with hypothyroidism.

· Despite living in relatively safe environments and largely free of predators, we still suffer to some extent from territorial fears.

· The anus is associated with territorial fears.Animals often mark territory in this way, so it is not surprising that this particular organ is associated with the fear of not being able to claim territory as our own. It has to do with personal space, mind and body. The bladder can also become unbalanced if there is a fear of losing a collar or being unable to mark or protect territory.

· The gallbladder is also associated with territory, particularly anger at guarding the personal or natural domain. The pancreas is also seething with anger over territorial disputes.

· Eyes have to do with the fear of losing someone, the fear of not seeing someone fast enough or loving someone but not seeing them.Eyes are directly related to fear of loss or fear of not being able to physically, emotionally or psychologically touch your loved ones.

· Ears are associated with the fear of hearing or hearing something dangerous or about to happen.

sex

· Cervix is associated with a fear of being with the wrong partner, a lack of confidence in the relationship with the wrong man and/or a fear of their ability to deal with sexual involvements and/or childbirth.

· May not be sexually satisfied when bladder problems persist or are associated with a sexual relationship (such as an infection).

self-confidence

The feeling of not being able to do something or an unfinished business is directly related to the different organs within the digestive system. On the face of it, this means being unable to digest news, problems, relationship breakdowns or life changes.

· The colon is associated with an inability to accomplish certain things.

· Intestinal areas are associated with relationships that cannot be followed, usually because they are difficult to access.

· The small intestine is associated with anger, unfinished or broken in relation to maintaining a relationship.

Can't accept it

The mouth is the area that can become unbalanced when you can't eat. This can be related to news, behavior or information. Dental problems indicate a need or desire to do something, but the inability to take the first bite.

· Lack of assimilation ability is also associated with oral problems.

· Ears may become unbalanced if bad news puts a person in danger or perceives danger. If someone is in a state of shock and disbelief, it can cause problems in the ear.

· If there is an emotional state that does not want to hear about the problem, it is easy to show in the hearing imbalance.

Although the connection between organs and emotions here is fascinating and fascinating, physical rehabilitation is a very detailed area of coaching that you continue to learn as a health coach. The more time and effort you put into learning about mind/body/social connections, the better you become as a physical healing coach.
