Part 3: Body Healing Quest
When symptoms are identified and emotions associated with the relevant organs are identified, triggers can be identified.
There are many different stress triggers. Common examples include:
· Accident · Attack · betrayal
· Persistent low self-esteem
· Divorce or other separation
Injured,
Defeat,
· Survival problems, such as no home or food
Another trigger may be post-traumatic stress disorder, in which the original event occurred long ago, but the trigger may continue to cause stress later on.
Like veterans seeing fireworks or something like that. The stress trigger for PTSD is usually a one-time traumatic event, and then the memory brings about the same chemical reaction as the initial trauma.
The following is a preliminary exploration of physical rehabilitation, which can be adjusted to help you with coaching with clients.
· Do you know triggers?(This may require additional exploration)
· When do you notice your first symptoms?
· Which organ is involved?
· What are the symptoms?
· What stage is the five-stage healing process in?
· What related emotions?
· Are there relevant beliefs?
Once the exploration is complete (which may take a lot of time), an action plan can be developed. In the long run, the program will contain exactly what is needed to rehabilitate and empower customers.
