7. Emotional and mental health

View

Let's talk about two other factors of health in this lesson: emotional health and mental health

Emotional health

Emotional health is closely related to mental health. This is because we produce emotions in the brain after we produce ideas. Emotions are the end result of a particular thought.

People can experience huge emotions in a second, but because of the amount of attention in the past, an emotional response occurs. The emotional response anchors to the stimulus that causes the emotion

However, from the perspective of overall health, this can be overcome and even more subtle emotional responses can be developed in some areas.

We can use certain forms of meditation and self-hypnosis to reprogram the brain to experience greater levels of happiness, inner peace and compassion.By doing so, we are actually encouraging our brains to experience these positive emotions more often.

By controlling our thoughts during stress, we actually allow our emotions to occur in the first place.

We don't let our emotions be masters, but masters of our emotions, and from here we can choose to feel what we want to feel and when we want to feel it.

At the same time, we eliminate the effects of negative emotions by capturing them immediately when they occur and replacing them with opposite positive emotions. It also makes our bodies feel better because chemicals that make us feel better rather than worse flood into our bodies and cause us to be healthier.

By mastering emotional health, we can achieve greater balance in our body and mind.

The main factors to consider for emotional health are:

The ability to recognize and express emotions and emotions

With a deep sense of self-consciousness and self-acceptance

Effectively building family, romantic and work relationships,

Attitude towards self

Confidence and self-control

Healthy self-esteem

Be willing to identify and deal with character defects

Appropriate coping skills can provide an elastic response to an emotional state

Stay calm and focused

Understand how thoughts, actions, and feelings affect you and those around you

Be responsible for behavior

Keep developing your growth

Mental health

Mental health occurs when our actions, thoughts and emotions are in balance. When we are able to cultivate a peaceful, harmonious and balanced way of thinking and living in all areas, our spirit will resonate in a state of contentment, which is spiritual health.

When we are out of sync with our spiritual needs, we experience a lot of stress, frustration, confusion, and negative emotions

When considering our mental health, the most important thing to realize is whether we are experiencing a large amount of negative emotions in our lives.

Do we experience many negative emotional states?

Are our thoughts overwhelmed by worry and fear?

Are we angry or do we harbor unresolved frustrations?

Do we feel depressed or depressed?

We must be completely honest with ourselves when considering our mental health

Are we truly satisfied and happy with our lives, thoughts and emotions, and abilities?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, then we must investigate ourselves and take the time to correct those out of balance.

The key things to note are:

Seek meaning, value and purpose in your life

While encouraging personal beliefs, incorporate a set of definitions of who you are and your place in the community, personal values and beliefs

Achieve a satisfying sense of well-being in your life

Be enthusiastic about life

Live by your morals and values

Enjoy every day

Inner peace

Look for the things that give you the most personal satisfaction

Learn to live in the moment

Learn gratitude

Learn to appreciate yourself

Introspection and self-awareness

Feel connected to cosmic nature

Ok, so that's the third and fourth aspects of health, and we'll continue to talk about the rest next time, and I'll see you next time.
