Health is a big topic.Health-related factors include many, exercise, nutrition, stress management, and each area is a separate discipline.Here we are just talking about the definition of health.
The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of overall physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity
The official dictionary definition of health is "the quality or state of physical and mental health, especially the result of hard work."
Therefore, health is under our control.
This is good news for our daily lives, because no matter what state we are in, no matter whether we are in good health or not, we can make our own efforts to develop or maintain our current state of health.

People who believe they are in poor health will be able to help promote physical and mental health by learning a variety of physical and mental means.

A healthy body

If you have a chronic illness, can you still be healthy?
It all depends on how you handle this. From the definition of health, we know that health is not only about being healthy at the moment, but also about taking steps to achieve that state of health.
So even if you are sick or in pain, you can still be healthy if your actions lead to improvements in your quality of life.For example, if you feel unwell, you can take steps to recover yourself.You can make sure your body is getting enough nutrients and vitamins to promote recovery.You can relieve the pain by doing gentle exercises such as yoga or stretching.You can take medication to help fight the disease that is consuming you
Health attaches great importance to the formation of a way of thinking, this way of thinking will be temporarily lost in health, to remind you to pay attention to health.

People who are physically ill often experience tears, confusion, worry, fear, aggression, anxiety, lack of focus, willpower, and lack of stability
A healthy mind experiences clarity, conviction, vitality, acceptance, confidence, and inner peace
