6. spiritual consciousness

Spiritual awareness this includes awareness, energy, and personal worth. Both health care and medical professionals have come to the same conclusion that there is a spirit. Many religions including Jesus, Buddha and Muhammad all talk about spirit, telling us that we are primarily spiritual. But this part of consciousness is not directly related to religion.Consciousness is in all of us, and we don't need religion to make it active.

There are a lot of philosophical ideas about why we exist and what it means to live that we do have spiritual consciousness.Spirit and energy are intertwined. Constitute a spiritual experience for us.For example, the energy that enters the body through the coronary chakras is pure spirit, which has the power to heal. When we don't know or accept it, we cause blockages in our bodies that affect cell development.

Anatomy of the energy

The energy anatomy is made up of the chakra system and meridians, which are a series of energy points, from the top of the head to the bottom of the spine.

Each chakra is associated with a part of the body that must be balanced if we are to maintain vigorous vitality.Let's take a look at how the chakra system works and works all the time to ensure our energy health.

First, let's quickly review and clarify energy and its importance.

Before we become flesh, each of us is a living being. This is because, at the very base of our cells, energy, though not currently measurable, cannot be destroyed. So, it's always there.

Energy makes up the body as we know it, so we think of vigorous health as a vital component of overall health.

Energy vibrates all the time, so the energy within us vibrates all the time. Each vibration attracts a similar vibration. The higher the vibration, the closer we are to the energy spirit. As energy enters the human body, it vibrates at a high level and is directly related to energy, the universe, God or nature. None of them are right, they are wrong spiritual beliefs because we cannot prove or oppose any of them.

Each chakra absorbs energy from the chakra above and transmits it to the meridian.Channels and collaterals transfer energy to all cells in the body.

Each chakra has a role to play, and as the energy passes, it moves closer to its earthly existence, farther away from its source, and slower and slower in vibration.

If there is a problem with any of the chakras, the energy is lost.

The chakras

The role of chakras is very simple and includes:

1. The Roots of the world. This chakra allows us to invest heavily in the social and social/physical world. This is the lowest vibration that some people can have throughout their lives without going beyond the consciousness of the root chakra.

2. This sacral chakra is the earthly power and source of energy along the expressive side. This is where we create the world, especially in terms of financial wealth and success. This is the area where we most often stop thinking, and this behavior directly affects the tissues of cells in this area.

3. The solar plexus is an area of self-esteem and personal strength. It's our place in the world, and it's the key to intuition and intuition.

Self-esteem is critical in all areas of life, and we will discuss this in more detail in the near future.

4. The heart chakra is the point of convergence of energy and matter.Chakras are the energy regions of the entire body in energy and energy.

5. The throat chakra is associated with willpower and choice. In this field, we choose to enhance our abilities or indulge in behaviors or material things.

6. The eyebrow/eye wheel is intuitive. Here, we receive ideas from above that we think are a possible part of our lives.

7. The crown chakra is a source of energy, spiritual awareness and connection to God or a source of energy, no matter what you believe it exists.

From the point of view of physical rehabilitation, it is essential not only to understand mental and energetic health knowledge, but also to consider where energy breakdown may directly affect the body.

Energy levels

Think about thinking and thinking management, and consider the following:

1. It is a fact of evolution that the human brain has a negative bias.

2. We store many beliefs that are not necessarily true. These beliefs affect how we feel and behave, and are often negative.

3. The way we feel and act affects our physical lives.

Thought directs energy by influencing the natural vibrations of energy.

When energy enters the body, it has a perfect spiritual vibration. We all start with the same mental energy. It's the same to you as it is to me.That is energy equality, if you will, and this perfect energy is influenced by the way we think and how we react to everything around us.

As it passes through the body, it slows the vibration. If we add a negative bias to it, it will slow down even further, and the energy of being slow and negative will only attract slow and negative things. These include life experiences, feelings and people.

To increase your level of consciousness for a harmonious life, learn to understand the energy that comes into your body, understand the tendencies of your mind, and align the two.

Personal value

The last category of spiritual consciousness is the system of personal values. Each of us has a value system. For your mental health, make sure that the value system does not involve hurting others in any way. This includes judging others and even sending negative energy.

Please think about

Take some time to evaluate your personal values. How should people interact? How should animals be treated? What do you think is important in life?

When you become aware of your own personal value system, ask yourself if you are kind to others and if you truly live by those values.Whether they are susceptible to being influenced by others and engage in unkind or even bullying behavior.

Have your conscience ever told you about your misconduct?

Expectations of others

It's important to maintain the fact that monitoring your behavior and following your values is an important part of your mental health. Doing so can reduce a lot of stress. Some people will not respect you, may cheat you, or be unfriendly to others and animals.By telling ourselves that other people's value systems are not our business and that they may not share your values, we are much less likely to be troubled by the actions of others.

 7. self - repair

Self-repair brings us back to faith, more specifically, faith and self-esteem, and self-esteem increases personal strength.

If A has low self-esteem and tries to repair himself, and B says that repairing himself is nonsense, Then A may give up.Man A lost his strength due to lack of self-confidence.This type of example happens every day to people with low self-esteem.Low self-esteem can lead to feelings of danger. When we have low self-confidence, we tend to be influenced by others and take responsibility for their shortcomings.

When it comes to recovery, if we have low confidence in ourselves and we don't believe we can do it, then we have problems.

Ask questions

Take a few minutes and ask yourself about your self-esteem.Do you often ask others to verify your beliefs and even your feelings? If your own self-confidence is low, it is important to develop it.

8. Organ consciousness

The eighth core principle of physical recovery is to gain awareness of symptoms. This includes the fact that symptoms are not the beginning of the problem, but the beginning of the healing process.Symptoms are the body's feedback telling you how it is doing during the recovery cycle.Symptoms are most common in organs.

9. Knowledge and methods

Here are some ways:

· Cognitive behavioral therapy.

· Emotional freedom technology

· Mindfulness therapy.

· Neuro-linguistic programming.

· Energy repair practice.

Although all of the above have their benefits and can be used in any traumatic, triggered or recurring stress state, ultimately empowering the client.

Knowledge and capacity to provide support in the area of health.Nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and other factors can provide rehabilitation. This is a case of finding the best option for each customer. The more skills you have, the more likely you are to find the best way to empower your customers.

10. empowered

It is an understanding of all knowledge, including triggers, stress recovery cycles, organ symptoms, resilience and treatment methods. From trusting others to being able to read information about our own bodies.
