Part 2: Balancing the hierarchy

Balance is a state of full health and integrity.Balance is essential to complete health, happiness and resilience.

We are all responsible for our own balance.This does not mean that we should not consult experts, but it does mean that we can become experts ourselves.


Try to imagine the human body as a machine.

Imagine a company with hundreds of employees.Each of them must perform his duty.With gyms, free healthy food bars, employee health care systems and many other perks to keep the workplace happy, the company grew.

The analogy can be applied to the human body, mind and spirit in the same way.

Cells are the smallest units of work. When they work normally, they take oxygen and nutrients from the system and receive energy.If a cell's needs go wrong, whether this causes problems with oxygen, nutrients or energy, the cell will not be able to stay healthy or regenerate.Symptoms may develop and cause stress.Not all symptoms tell us that we are ill.Some are signs of self-healing, because your body is very good at self-regulation.We will understand this better when we explore it further in the next module.

 

The idea of connecting the mind and body is to learn to listen for symptoms and to accurately recognize their nature.When you practice this well, you will be able to do this easily and teach others to do the same.
