Understand the relationship between the mind and the senses

Health means balance, and physical health has a very specific approach, which is based on 10 core principles, each of which is part of what leads to balance. We will discuss them in detail in the following sections.

In our current social life, we are not aware of the connection between mind and body, and communication between the two is often cut off.

· Physical health Is based on a balance between mental health, physical health and social health.

· Physical healing is based on a set of behaviors that identify imbalances, assess them, and restore them to full balance.

The purpose of this method is to trust physical and mental wisdom.Symptoms are a part of the body that allows us to overcome stress rather than panic into depression.

Stress, as we've already talked about, is considered an important factor in health systems. It has thrown us out of balance mentally and physically, and in order to restore that balance, we need to give it a chance.

The concept of restoration to health is a five-stage system in which symptoms are viewed as side effects of cure rather than signs of deterioration. This is in direct contrast to traditional health care, which states that we are going to get sick when the symptoms appear.

1. Symptom

The first core of physical recovery is the symptoms.

We often see symptoms as signs of a problem that is getting worse. When we understand body intelligence, however, symptoms are much more than that.

Treat symptoms as enemies of health. When we look at every pain in this way, we often rush to treat it with medicine. However, we can take a very different approach to looking at symptoms and simply ask ourselves what we mean by that. This will take practice, and as you gain knowledge (and we will share this knowledge), you will find it easy.

If you're currently feeling unbalanced or symptomatic, it's best to pause and ask yourself exactly what that means.Treat your body like a friend and start assuming that every symptom is there for a good reason.

2. Unity of the whole

Unity is the balance bond that keeps the body healthy. This means you have responsibility in every area.

Unity involves spirit and a sense of vitality, creativity and responsibility for everything that has emerged in life so far.In order to maximize the benefits of physical recovery, all should accept the unity of mind, body, and spirit.

Carolyn Myss in her Anatomy of energy series describes this shift from seeing what happens beyond your control to seeing control with full power.

Level of consciousness

Consciousness is a matter of level. The physical level is the environment in which we live every day, and the pure state of consciousness is the most enlightened level.

The closer we get to pure consciousness, the more power we have at every level, including the most mundane social class.

We live at the social level and see it as our real reality.

1. Few people can achieve pure consciousness.Only the spiritual enlightened ones spend a lot of time there. The top of the pyramid represents the soul, the spirit and the most powerful self.

2. Physical fitness coaches encourage unity among the three to achieve the highest level of recovery from a higher state of consciousness.

3. Unify these three areas and create a perfect balance from a higher state of consciousness.

3. condition

The third core principle is that imbalances lead to disease states.

This does not mean serious illness, but rather a shift from balance to lack of balance, which in this case means due to the triggering of a bioshock or stress response.

Yin and Yang

Harmony of Yin and Yang is the basis of balance in TCM.The method states that when the body is in full balance, it is a state of health. The imbalance of Yin and Yang is a prelude to disease. This belief is based on a highly traditional, antithetical balance.

Yang describes the light:

Hot,

Brightness,

Enthusiasm,

Progress,

Extraversion,

· Upward tilt

Yin describes darkness:

The dark,

Cold,

Introverted,

The silence,

· Downward sloping

A balance must be kept between Yin and Yang, or disease is thought to occur.

The upper body, the back and the outside are all considered Yang, and so is physiology.Related diseases usually occur with an increase in calories.

The lower part of the body, the abdomen is considered Yin, and the physical part is also considered Yin.Related illnesses are thought to bring on cold symptoms.

Yin can be seen as the material aspect, while Yang can be seen as the functional aspect.Treatment involves restoring balance by introducing the opposite approach.

4. triggers the emotion

Emotional triggers affect the body's healing cycle.

1 trauma

Think about going through something psychologically frustrating, but it doesn't affect your body in the first place, and a few days later you have a physical reaction.

For example, stress may cause cold sores after a few days. Think about your common symptoms and notice when they appear and what you experienced in your life a few days ago.

2 Pressure response

The second stage is to readjust the body.Your body focuses its attention on areas that require extra work, and moves its focus away from areas that are unaffected by the trigger. This is intelligence trying to restore balance. There are some symptoms associated with this, including:

· Loss of appetite.

· Cold limbs.

Agitation.

· Increased blood pressure and increased breathing.

· Sleep disorders.

At this stage, the specific organs associated with triggers and experiences will also begin to show symptoms.

3 Trigger recovery

Recovery can start with the problem being solved, or it can start in the psychological area.

4 recovery

The stressor has been removed and the body struggles to regain its balance. The presence of a trigger brings on a constant stream of physical symptoms, the repair work goes well, the trigger decreases and the body begins to eliminate the symptoms.

The following symptoms may occur during the natural rebalancing process. These symptoms are a good sign, but interestingly, this is when we start to think we might have a problem:

1. Digestive regulation

2. Burnout

3. Body heat

4. The fatigue

5. Hunger

6. Affected organs will also begin to recover

7. Increased metabolism

8. Steady breathing and heart rate

9. Your body is fragile

Note that this healing process does not mean that everything will go smoothly in the direction of health.Organs that have been under stress for a long time may develop severe symptoms.

5 rehabilitation

The fifth step in the rehabilitation process. The body has regained its health and balance. The initial stress trigger involves recovering and reaching a state of physical health.

5. thought

The fifth core principle of physical recovery is psychological awareness. This is how the brain interprets emotions to determine whether or not to trigger a stress response.

Mental balance is the result of a healthy and stable mind.

The mind itself is hard to manage, but the more we know about it, the better the connection between mind and body. The mind itself is divided into three regions, and when we can understand each region, we get a balanced mind.

The sensory field produces a physical stress and anxiety response. It's responsible for intense emotional and chemical reactions in the body.

The field of thought developed much later than the field of feeling. This is logical consciousness.

Beliefs can stimulate the realm of thought and feeling at any time.

The mind is a daily battle:

· Do I want to go to the gym or stay at home?

· I should not eat bread, because it will get fat, eat it, because it has not eaten for a long time.

This is a classic example of a conflicting field of thought.

Thinking areas evaluate things logically to achieve long-term health and well-being, while feeling areas can only think in terms of short-term satisfaction, panic and anxiety. However, a lifetime of thinking about short-term gratification, panic or anxiety can make us unhappy.

Therefore, when considering health and mental balance, we must ensure that thoughts and feelings can understand each other. We can't simply shift sensation away, because it's the largest area of the brain, biologically speaking. But less developed areas of thought have a more powerful influence.

In order to manage thoughts successfully, this requires a great deal of energy, and the effort devoted to learning mindfulness will directly be of great help.

Many psychologists have introduced mindfulness into therapy, from CBT to NLP.

Studies have even shown that mindfulness produces more lasting and better recovery than medication in situations of stress, anxiety and depression.

If you don't have mindfulness and mindfulness, I strongly recommend that you consider learning mindfulness as part of your personal development because it enhances your abilities.Mindfulness automatically frees you from distracting thoughts, illusions, and the struggle between thoughts and feelings.

The elastic

It refers to the control and restraint of one's own behavior in emotional reaction and stress. This is a difficult thing to do, but it can be learned with mindfulness.Resilient people are not swayed by life and circumstances. They are calm.Resilience is a skill that needs to be understood and learned to prevent the mind from getting confused when triggered.Resilient people don't jump to conclusions, can withstand more stress, and see a more positive future.

Summary of the first five core principles

1.         The first five core principles of physical health are based on an understanding of mind-body relationships, their unity, and our freedom from disease.

2.         Stress triggers a five-stage healing process that requires no conscious intervention on the part of the body.

3.         Stress triggers can be anything. The ability to control our thoughts determines how often we trigger stress and how often we recover from stress.

4.         Mindfulness, mind management, and the practice of resilience are all things that can be used to prevent stress.

5.         The healing process can produce very severe symptoms.
