Part 2: Emotional truth

View

Some people believe that emotions cause a chemical reaction, while others do the opposite.Psychology today shows that our thoughts, feelings, and emotions are a three-way cycle.

Because of this connection between thoughts, feelings and emotions that we can all relate to,

· Emotions affect feelings and thoughts

· Thoughts affect emotions and feelings

· Feelings affect thoughts and emotions

Keep in mind that emotions and chemicals are linked, and our bodies are full of chemicals that are affected by emotions, so we need to be in a positive mood cycle.

Natural evolutionary anxiety

Man has mainly evolved to survive.Since humans are safe and not at risk from predators, evolution should change, but our physiological and neural pathways remain anxious.

By natural selection, strong, cunning and prudent people survived because they were preyed upon by predators or were not strong enough.

When our ancestors saw anything unusual in their environment, they saw it as a threat. Their brains and bodies are instantly ready for fight or flight, and that's what keeps them alive. The event may occur several times a day, and a stress response may occur.Although it may be an emotional roller coaster, it's a favorable choice for survival, making our brains suspect everything is a predator. It's ingrained in every species on earth, including bacteria and tiny cells.Mankind is still guided by this idea today.

Psychologists say that this brain evolution has led to a negatively biased way of thinking.

Because of our innate ability to think about the worst, we tend to be negative people.Unless we make an effort to understand our own minds and prevent ourselves from indulging in faulty survival instincts.

Negative thinking is the preferred way for most of us to think. When we can't think positively, you're not alone.Negative thoughts are powerful and destructive. The good news is that we can carefully break this habit, which is a positive habit to learn from.

Please remember: being negative does not mean failure, it is a natural reaction and we can learn to manage it.

cells

A cell is made up of nuclei, cell walls and energy, a collection of matter and energy.Human cells have the organs, systems and all tissues that make up the human body.

We grow from a single cell and then divide into trillions of cells, our single cells containing a mixture of our parents' DNA.That's where the inheritance comes from.

Early in his career in stem cell research, Bruce Lipton says in his book the biology of faith >> that he learned a fact about human survival that stem cells survive or die based on their DNA, not their environment.

Bruce Lipton believes that although we do carry a gene for a particular genetic disease, it may lurk in our bodies and be activated only when it is beneficial to the environment.Stress and trauma can reduce the effectiveness of the immune system, while negative thinking can trigger repeated episodes of stress and emotion that can lead to chemical imbalances in the body.

Escalation of belief: Genetic influences are not precursors to disease. The environment in which cells are present is the trigger for the awakening of genetic diseases in human cells.

Belief upgrade: The body is closely connected, biological, chemical and energy are all woven together. They cannot be separated, and if you destroy one, all will be destroyed.

Consider where your belief system is now, and if it is distorted, it will hinder your ability to be physically healthy for yourself and others. The essence of human life is the direct combination of energy and biology. These include the mind and chemistry.
