Part 1: Behavior of organs

View

Learning goals

· Why do specific organs of the body feel pain or disease

· Be familiar with the energy flowing through the body and its association with negative emotions

· Able to identify the causes of adverse reactions in organs.

In unit 6, we examine the relationship between symptoms and body parts. This module directly addresses deep organ symptoms and will provide you with a broad information base to help you deal with a variety of clients.

Organ symptoms are the core of human health consciousness. We first need to understand the behavior of organs and tissues in order to observe the symptoms they exhibit.

From a health standpoint, it's important not to focus on symptoms.Because focusing on symptoms does not promote a cure. In fact, focusing on symptoms conveys energy to them and in many cases actually enhances the symptoms.

Think about the symptoms you've experienced recently.Headache, backache or stomachache. When you focus on it, does it get better or worse?

Organ behavior

Organs exhibit certain behaviors when they are stressed.Organ behavior follows the recovery cycle we have discussed, and one of the following things will happen:

The stress phase of the process can lead to loss of function or hyperactivity.Either way, when responding to stress, the organs themselves are out of balance.

· When organs lose function, cell regeneration will slow down or even stop.

· When organs accelerate, the opposite happens.

After the end of the stress phase and the beginning of true healing, the Yin/Yang harmonic process will occur as the organ's stress response reverses.

It is also the regenerative phase of the body's recovery, usually when symptoms appear. As the swelling becomes more pronounced, the pain intensifies and the most obvious signs of imbalance appear. This is actually an extreme move of the body to restore balance.

Organs are not only connected with the rest of the body, but also with energy and elements.Traditional Chinese medicine involves five organs.

liver

The liver is damaged when we are stressed. It causes a serious imbalance in the organ. Anger is related to the liver and can jump straight from that organ to the heart center. Any dissatisfaction, anger or bad feelings are stored in the liver.

The liver is connected to the gallbladder, so anger can lead to gallbladder dysfunction in the same way.

heart

The heart has to do with peace and contentment.Remember the heart center in the chakra system? When we do not find peace or balance in life without love, the heart is out of balance. In Greek medicine, the heart becomes weak when strong emotions are felt. Courage and trust give the heart extra strength. Sadness, jealousy, and anger weaken the organs.

The stomach

Stress and worry can put a strain on the stomach. When chronic stress becomes a serious problem, the body shuts down digestion and the stomach becomes unable to support the digestive system.Gastrointestinal problems are also associated with unfinished business.

The stomach, intestine and solar plexus chakras are the centers of self-esteem.When your belief in yourself is low, your digestive system struggles.Since self-esteem is often associated with a lack of ability to get things done, consistent with the idea of physical recovery, low self-esteem can lead to digestive problems.

The spleen

The spleen is an area associated with bile, depression, and negative thoughts and low beliefs. This region suffers when there is severe insecurity and associated anxiety.

lung

In sorrow the lungs suffer.Grief, loss and related trauma can lead to an imbalance of the lungs and large intestine.

The lungs are directly related to fear, which may include fear of death - fear of suffocation or difficulty breathing. The imbalance in the lungs may be directly related to the persistent fear that people cannot survive and that death is imminent.A quiet job, personal relationship or condition may also be associated with a lung disorder.

The lungs and heart are linked not only by physical tasks but also by emotions. So if the heart is damaged, so are the lungs. Loss of control, lack of ability to maintain safety and even sadness-related trauma can lead to severe lung dysfunction.Pride and self-esteem strengthen the lungs.

renal

Both fear and spontaneous fear affect the kidneys. The kidneys are also directly linked to loneliness.Worrying about being alone is an important factor in kidney imbalance.Kidneys have also been linked to a lack of self-sufficiency or even a fear of starvation.

TCM also matches organs and their balance. They are paired in the following ways:

· Lungs and large intestine.

· Heart and small intestine.

· Kidneys and bladder.

· Liver and gallbladder.

Energy flow

The figure below depicts the meridian circulation and the energy process (in Chinese medicine, energy flows through the body).
