Areas of physical health

The practice of maintaining a complete balance in each of the three areas of physics, psychology and society to ensure overall health.Any one of these regions will cause the same chemical reaction in the body, and that alone will affect each region. If any of these factors become unbalanced, the body's chemical composition can change, leading to ill health.If we separate the body from the mind, even though we try to keep the body healthy, we actually have no control over it.


The immune system

Let's take a closer look at the immune system, which was the initial focus of this health instruction.The immune system is always on. It protects the body from anything that might cause harm. Only when cell growth is threatened does the internal immune response become active.

 

To understand exactly how the immune system works, we can see how unhealthy chemicals from psychological problems can cause physical illness.There are two types of immune response, and each type is highly effective.


Natural immune

Natural immunity is the immune response in every organism.

The immune cells that provide a natural response are not specific, so they cannot defend against a specific type of bacterial virus.Natural immunity will remove all invasive cells from the host region very quickly to protect the host from any type of pathogen.

Granulocytes are the most common natural immune cells, although they can divide further.They scramble for any target cells and eat them. This is a response designed to clean up the body's systems and prevent the influx of any type of harmful cells.

Macrophages are also part of nature's defensive immune response.They are highly responsible for inflammation and fever.

Natural killer cells differ slightly in their approach to viral cells and their potential to become malignant cancer cells.Instead of eating invasive cells, it secretes a toxic substance on them to kill them.


Specific immunity

Specific immunity is a response that deals with only one invasion. Cells in the body come in all shapes and sizes, as does any invading cell.

Cells created through a specific immune process match the invader's cells perfectly to deal with them.

This type of immunity may take several days, and when it occurs, the natural immune response works very hard to deal with any disease other than a specific invasion.

Specific immunity is complex and is often the reason for vaccination;It usually focuses only on destructive antigens.The important work is to find out what is destructive and what is part of the body and its natural chemical reactions.

 

Immune barrier

To prevent damaging or harmful cells from entering the body, the body sets up a barrier mechanism.

· Epithelial barriers include areas of the mouth, nose, lungs, and upper respiratory tract.

· Fatty acids in the skin, saliva, and stomach eliminate many potentially problematic infections.

· Normal healthy bacteria in the body destroy any potential invading bacteria.

· The rapid flow of air and fluids through the respiratory, circulatory and other body areas washes away potentially threatening cells.
