Find your MP or councillor

• Enter your postcode at the Write to Them website

Ways to contact them

• Write a letter or email
• Fill out a contact form on their website
• Visit a local surgery (listed on their website or local council page)
• Call their office

Be polite and clear about what you are asking. Include your full name and address (they only help people in their area) and keep your message short and focused.
