  • Education and language support: Teaching others a language, tutoring or homework help, supporting children and youth activities.
  • Health and social care: Visiting elderly people or helping in care homes, mental health support groups, NHS volunteer roles.
  • Environmental and outdoor projects: Contributing to park cleanups, community gardening and wildlife conservation.
  • Arts and culture: Assisting visitors at museums, galleries and libraries, cultural festivals and events.
  • Migrant support: Befriending people seeking asylum or helping to organise activities with migrant support organisations.
