Vision narratives - Warm up

The objective of this exercise is for participants to refamiliarize with the visions and to build confidence in deliberating together through a simple exercise.

As participants have now been exposed to the Visions twice, the relatively short time allocation for this section supports detailed discussion. The discussion is prompted by both the Visions themselves, and the responses to the Visions received in the questionnaire and presented in the previous section.

In prompting 'Round Robin', the facilitator should ensure that every member of the table is invited to speak. Ideally, following up on the ground rules and atmosphere, the participants will take turns, respond to each other, and invite others to speak. Try to avoid getting into a cycle of prompting in the same order, such as (counter)clockwise or alternating sides of the table.
