Completing the outcomes-actions grid
The cross-checking the outcomes and actions produced the following priority actions in each location. The primary aim is to identify the subset of actions receiving some prioritisation, and to exclude those which are not prioritised at all. If a clear clustering is evident, such as a core group of actions with very high prioritisation followed by a longer tail of others, this is usefully registered. The method is not designed to sort the actions into an individually ranked order of strict prioritisation.
