Once participants are familiar with the Visions and broad values, both in general and as prioritised by their town, they are ready to move towards discussing implementation.  

The holistic, expansive visions can be broken down into a series of more specific end points - in other words: Outcomes! On the night, the participants will progress from discussing the Visions to  prioritising the Outcomes. Working through the pre-panel questionnaire gives the more detailed grasp of the visions that is needed for the conversation to flow, and to maximise the depth of the data that can be produced in a short session.

The next section introduces the Outcomes. However, if you have studied from the beginning of the course to here without a study break, now is a good time to take one.
