Outcomes – group perspective

Following the small group conversations, return to a plenary session to pool the results of the conversation. The facilitators should report back their notes, but the participants should be given a moment to add anything the facilitator misses out or mis-communicates.

When explaining the 'five ticks' task, emphasise that participants leaving the room, particularly to use the restroom or vape/smoke, should allocate their ticks before they go!

Outcomes – group perspective

 Plenary:

  1. Feedback from facilitators/notekeepers – ±2m per group. Highlight/explain possible additional outcomes. Lead faciliator or assistant to add any additional outcomes to pre-prepared outcomes posters
  2. Wall posters with each of the outcomes. All participants can assign five ticks that they can place across ALL outcomes, regardless of category. Participants can assign more than one tick to an outcome if they find it particularly important, as long as their total is five ticks.

Participants must assign ticks before going into the break (using marker pens).

  • Flip chart posters with list of outcomes (see above).
