This module introduces the concept of GESI mainstreaming across organisations and employers. The module covers the following areas:

How to develop a GESI-friendly working and learning environment;
GESI mainstreaming across an organisation, and;
How to adapt policies and the learning environment to improve inclusion and accessibility.
