  • Graduates from TVET/HE can be connected to the labour market/work in a number of ways. Some ofthe ways include:
    • Preparing learners to obtain work in the open labour market;
    • Internship programmes ;
    • Apprenticeship programmes;
    • Temporary job placement programmes;
    • Temporary to hire job placement programmes;
    • Permanent job placement programmes;
    • Liaising with or partnering with employment service agencies; and
    • Mentorship and sponsorship
