This module will introduce learners to the role of TVET and HE institutions in providing career or employment services for students. The module covers: 

• How TVET and HE institutions can engage employers and build talent pipelines;
• How to better align skill-building opportunities with labour market demands; 
• Pathways to employment, and working with job placement agencies or other stakeholders; 
• Strategies for engaging employers, and;  
• Applying a diversity, equity & inclusion approach to employment services.
