We need to reflect on why institutions and places of work are key stakeholders in the pursuit of more inclusive economies. It is also important to remember that everyone can potentially perpetuate exclusionary practices. So, one needs to ask themselves – "Who am I excluding, and how can I improve?"

TVET and HE institutions can directly contribute to the economic inclusion of individuals excluded from the labour market by providing access to skill-building opportunities for women, youth and persons with disabilities.
