Applying barrier mapping to your respective institutions.

Using the worksheet below or its digital screen reader version or through verbal discussion with a colleague/friend, take 45 minutes to:  

• Map out the service pathway of your organisation;

• Map out barriers across the service pathway for barriers that are tied to a specific identity, e.g. barriers specifically faced by persons with disabilities, women, etc. Please note this in the worksheet;

• Reflect on solutions to removing these barriers;  

• List/mention the resources (financial, human, etc.) that will be needed to realise these solutions , and;

• Consider who may need to give approval in your organization to implement these solutions.
