1.3.8 Case study on inclusive employment partnerships

Study the following case which involving a TVET/HE institution and an employer who have created a new and exciting partnership to create pathways for recent university graduates to enter the workforce.
Instructions.
Based on the case studied, reflect on the following:
- How you felt during this activity;
- Consistency of your opinion throughout the activity;
- Agreement of your opinion with that of the person whose role you were assigned;
- Effect of the level of offer(– e.g. the internship vs. the full-time job?) on your opinion;
- Other opinions would you prefer to be offered that weren’t present , and;
