Activity: Examining Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) compliance for establishment of partnerships between employers and TVET/HE institutions.


Objective: To understand the incentives and entry points for partnership between employers and TVET/HE institutions.


Instructions

  1. Assume you are a career services staff in a TVET/HE institution. Use the following scenarios to carry out an assessment of DEI compliance for the establishment of partnerships between employers and TVET/HE institutions: Scenario 1;  Scenario 2; Scenario 3. Use one scenario at a time.

  2. Assume you are a Director of Talent Acquisition in a company/institution that offers employment to graduates from TVET/HE. Use the following scenarios to carry out an assessment of DEI compliance for the establishment of partnerships between employers and TVET/HE institutions: Scenario 1;  Scenario 2; Scenario 3. Use one scenario at a time.
