2.3.7. Stakeholder involvement in organisational change
Everyone has a role to play in organisational change that advances gender and social inclusion within an organisation. Some examples of key stakeholders may include TVET organisations, the TVET Agencies, industry partners and employers, Higher Education institutions, Organisations of Persons with Disabilities etc. Collaboration on overlapping roles and /or situations are expected as illustrated in the figure below.

It is important to remember that stakeholders who may be teaching or giving technical assistance, may also be working on their own organisational inclusion.
