      ସହଭାଗିତାପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପେଡ଼ାଗୋଗିରେ TESS- ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ  ଓଇଆରରେ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଭ୍ୟାସଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଦଶଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର ପୁଙ୍ଖାନୁପୁଙ୍ଖ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ। ଏଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କୁ ଏକାଠି କରିବା, ଶିକ୍ଷାଲାଭ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷକ- ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଓ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ-ଶିକ୍ଷକ କଥନର ମାଧ୍ୟମଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରେ।
